Our Story
Tower Accounting started in 2019, when Kieron Mitchell donated his organization, Central Indiana Consulting Services, to ICOM. His plan was to better serve nonprofits by working alongside ICOM and their mission to help missionaries globally.
After Kieron's generous donation, ICOM created a subsidiary called ICOM Services, also knownFull Width as Tower Accounting! Tower became a 501c3 in 2020 and has continued the mission of serving nonprofits globally.

Meet the Staff
Hello, I’m Jenny Empson.
With a solid foundation in Accounting and International Business from IU Kelley School of Business and ongoing studies in Nonprofit Leadership & Management at ASU, I am dedicated to helping nonprofits streamline their finances so they can focus on their mission.
My experience with over fifty nonprofits globally has honed my ability to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
Known for my engaging and intuitive approach, I handle financial matters with a blend of warmth and objectivity, ensuring that every nonprofit I work with feels supported and informed. From managing restricted funds to ensuring IRS compliance, I strive to build trust and foster transparent relationships.
Outside of work, I enjoy Marvel movies, Call of Duty, and time with my family in North Carolina. Let’s connect and see how we can work together to achieve your goals.
Tracy
Tracy brings 25 years of administrative expertise and a strong entrepreneurial background, including 15 years of running her own business supporting small businesses in Portland, OR. After relocating to Alabama, Tracy has spent the past few years working alongside Jenny, contributing her skills and passion to help grow Tower Accounting into a trusted partner for organizations with meaningful missions.
Outside of work, Tracy cherishes the peaceful serenity of the 45 acres of woods she calls home and loves spending time exploring the beauty of Alabama with her husband, Chris.
Eboni
Eboni is an Indiana native, born and raised in Indianapolis, where she shares a wonderful life with her husband, son, and their sweet golden doodle, Baked Bean. Her passion for helping others shines in every aspect of her life, making her an invaluable part of the Tower Accounting Services team.
When she’s not working, Eboni stays active as a spin cycle instructor, leading classes several times a week. Her energy and dedication extend beyond the workplace, enriching the lives of everyone she connects with.
