Susan serves as the Operations Coordinator with Tower Accounting, where she supports clients and team members through operational coordination and administrative support. Her professional background spans business operations, customer service, team leadership, and office administration across a variety of industries. Susan is also a proud veteran of the United States Air Force, an experience that helped shape her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and heart for serving others.

Outside of work, Susan finds great joy serving in her church's children's ministry and culinary ministry. She enjoys cooking and baking, sharing homemade treats with her newfound neighbors in Opelousas, Louisiana. Susan and her husband, Michael, enjoy traveling together, spending time outdoors, and maintaining an active lifestyle through regular gym activities.
